Terms & Conditions

Memberships are accepted on an invitation and application basis and are subject to availability. Service descriptions, pricing, onboarding fees, and à la carte rates are described on our pricing page and in the membership agreement provided during onboarding. Services do not roll over from month to month unless expressly stated.

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner or authorized caretaker of any pet you enroll. You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself and your pet, including health, behavior, and emergency contact information.

Recurring memberships are billed on the schedule disclosed at sign-up and may be charged through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for membership fees, onboarding fees, and any à la carte services you request. Late, declined, or disputed payments may result in suspension of service.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are described in your membership agreement. Time-sensitive bookings (such as overnight care and transport) may be subject to specific notice requirements.

We exercise reasonable care, but we are not veterinarians. In the event of an emergency, we will use the contact and veterinary information you provide and may seek veterinary care at your expense if you cannot be reached. You agree that you are responsible for keeping your pet’s vaccinations and health information current and disclosing any conditions that may affect care.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Palm Beach Pet Concierge related to your application, account, scheduling, service reminders, billing, and other care communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity. You can typically expect up to approximately 10 messages per month, with additional messages tied to scheduled visits, billing events, or time-sensitive care updates.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check your wireless plan for details.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time, or email hello@palmbeachpet.com for assistance.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. After you opt out, you may continue to receive transactional or service communications by other means (such as email) where permitted by law.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse our site or services, including by attempting to disrupt them, accessing them without authorization, uploading malicious content, or using them to violate any law or the rights of others.

The Palm Beach Pet Concierge name, logo, site content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
